Catch It In Time is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that focuses on raising awareness about the early detection of cancer through video storytelling.

We’re a creative communications team instead of a traditional cancer awareness group, which allows us to pursue our mission and support other cancer organizations in our community at the same time.

Video helps Catch It In Time spread awareness of the early detection of cancer in a unique and creative way.

It’s been proven that video is more engaging and memorable, and we leverage that nature of video in order to share survivor stories and raise awareness.

Instead of doom and gloom, our videos help us highlight how “it’s about life” while we spread hope and awareness.

A cancer diagnosis is scary and stressful, but life doesn’t end with the words “you have cancer.” Many cancers can be successfully treated when they’re found early, which is why Catch It In Time focuses on early detection.

“It’s about life” is about living life to the fullest with whatever time you or your loved one has left. It’s about ensuring a good quality of life through treatments, and hopefully for years to come. It’s about finding hope in the little day-to-day things and moving forward, regardless of where you are in the cancer journey.

We know it’s not always possible to catch cancer in time for effective treatment, but we believe it’s almost always possible to catch cancer with enough time to make the most of what’s left.

Catching cancer in time is about ensuring quality of life for you or your loved one, and making the cancer journey more comfortable, regardless of the end result.

No. Catch It In Time is dedicated to raising awareness for all types of cancers. Part of our mission is raising awareness for easy, everyday actions you can take to reduce your risk, and the tests designed for early detection.

That being said, we do have several cancers that we are currently more involved with, because they are easy to catch and treat early. These cancers include colon cancer, prostate cancer, skin cancer, cervical cancer, and lung cancer.

Visit our “Screening Room” to see how we are raising awareness for these cancers.

Catch It In Time is one of the only communications-based non-profits dedicated to promoting the early detection of cancer. This means that instead of focusing on funding our own research or treatment options, our team uses their creative talents to spread our own message while simultaneously helping other cancer organizations in our community.

We’ve worked with local organizations like The Morgan Adams Foundation, and the Cancer League of Colorado, as well as national organizations like The Colon Cancer Alliance, The Chris Draft Family Foundation, and the International Association for the Study of Lung Cancer (IASLC). These organizations help fund life-saving research, and we help them get their message out to the wider community, alongside our own message of early detection.

When you support Catch It In Time, you’re not only helping us raise awareness for the early detection of cancer. You’re also helping us support other fantastic non-profits, research groups, and survivor support networks across the country.

Catch It In Time stories are fully verified and vetted by the medical professionals who treated or helped the survivor through their journey. We work closely with medical centers, research groups, doctors, and survivors themselves to create our stories and ensure they honestly present the survivor’s journey and experiences.

Our stories will never sell or advertise for anything. We create cancer stories, not commercials.

Occasionally, stories will feature specific medical centers, procedures, or equipment, but this is as part of a survivor’s journey, not as an advertisement, and we do not accept special compensation for these features.

Catch It In Time always maintains editorial control over the stories we produce and we strive to keep them focused on our mission of raising awareness of the early detection of cancer.

No matter how you like to support non-profits, there’s an opportunity for you to get involved with Catch It In Time.

From monetary donations, to volunteering, to sharing your own cancer story, we have a large array of ways to help.

Check out our Get Involved page for more information.

Monetary donations to Catch It In Time go toward supporting our communications efforts.

We work with a network of incredibly talented creatives in order to produce our stories, and your donation helps to fund the cost of production and distribution.

We strive to keep our overhead costs less than 20% of donations, so you can rest assured that the majority of your donation goes directly to the creation of video stories that raise awareness for the early detection of cancer in interesting and creative ways.
