Targeted Lung Cancer Therapy Helps Andy Get Back on Track

We value individuality in living our lives, but can it also help with cancer treatments? Andy Bonnett and his team of doctors at University of Colorado Hospital say definitely yes. The UCH team, lead by Dr. Ross Camidge, used a new oral chemotherapy drug that targeted the unique type of lung cancer Bonnett is battling.

Targeted therapies are available for only a handful of different types of lung cancer at the moment, but scientists and researchers are looking for more ways these types of therapies can help, even beyond lung cancer.

Thanks to Team Draft and the University of Colorado Cancer Center.
